7 signs that you are eating too much sugar

Today let's the 7 signs of excessive sugar in our diet.

1. lack of energy and tiredness. continuous exhaustion and fatigue indicates too much sugar in your diet. it could also be in the form of carbohydrate.

2. carbohydrate or sugar craving.
craving for sugar or sweet substance indicates that you have become a sugar addict.

3. frequent flu and cold.
if you have noticed if you fall ill very frequently it indicates high sugar in your diet. excessive sugar destroys the body's immune system and reduces the capacity to eliminate cold and flu.

4 brain gets foggy especially after meals.  Haze is a sign of low sugar. Making you to eat more.

5. nothing is as sweet as it was before. taking excess sugar bombards your taste making you to take more sugar and increases the palate tolerance.

6. feet and skin problems.
sugar causes inflammation of skin and feet and causes other problems like  Eczema, pimples or Acne etc.

7. Weight gain.
excessive sugar leads to weight gain. it has more calories and no fibre and proteins thus makes you eat more resulting in weight gain.  also it results in synthesis of insulin which aids in weight gain.
