5 remedies for puffy eyes/ dark circles/ swollen eyelids/ eye bags

Hi everyone,
Today let's see some home remedies for treating eye bags/ puffed eyes and dark circles. These remedies will make your eyes fresh and youthful.
There are different causes for puffy eyes like excessive drinking, genetic reasons, make up residue, stress, unhealthy diet, rubbing your eyes, aging, fat pads, dry skin, sleep position etc.
Now let's go on to the remedies.
1. Take 5-6 drops of coconut oil in a container. Using your clean fingers massage it around your eyes in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction for few minutes. Do it before going to bed and leave it overnight.
Lauric acid and other components from coconut oil possess anti inflammatory property. It provides essentiall nutrients to the skin. Regular use helps to eliminate eye bags.
2. Place 2 steel spoons in fridge for half an hour. Place these cold spoons on your eyes with the curved side downwards. Hold it for 15-20 mins. Repeat it twice a day to get good results. It relaxes the blood vessels and removes the eye bags.
3. Take egg white in a container and whip it till it becomes stiff. Apply it under your eyes using a brush or cotton ball and leave for 15 mins. Later wash with Luke warm water.
Egg white has skin tightening property and removes eye bags.
4. Take one cup of Luke warm water and two green tea bags. Soak them in water for 5 mins. Now refrigerate them for 15-20 mins. Place the cold tea bags over the eye lids for 10- 15 mins.
Green tea has antioxidants and tannins which remove swelling and puffiness also inflammation. Repeat it for 2-3 times per day.
5. Take 2 potato slices put it in fridge for 15 mins. Place the cold slices on your eye lids for 15 mins. It has anti-inflammatory​ property and reduces swelling. Follow it weekly 2-3 days.
